Each kit contains all swingarm pivot bearings and related components required for a proper service, eliminating the need to reuse worn or contaminated parts. Needle bearings, sleeves, and seals are precision-manufactured to ensure correct clearance, smooth articulation, and long-term durability under off-road riding conditions.
Proper swingarm bearing function is critical for maintaining rear suspension alignment, consistent shock performance, and predictable handling. Replacing worn components helps reduce binding, uneven wear, and premature suspension fatigue.
Technical details
HEAVY DUTY THRUST NEEDLE BEARINGS
Heavy duty thrust needle bearings handle much larger radial and thrust loads. Unlike cheaper solution as POM, they also provide a much lower coefficient of friction between the swing arm and frame.
PINS
Pins are precision-turned, induction-hardened, and polished to meet manufacturer-specified tolerances. Manufactured from SAE 52100 high-grade bearing steel, each pin is heat-treated to exceed 60 HRC, with the raceway precision-ground to ensure consistent fit, wear resistance, and long-term durability.
COLLARS
Collars are precision-turned and polished, then heat-treated to 48 HRC in accordance with OEM hardness specifications. Manufactured from automotive-grade SPCC steel, each collar is zinc-plated to provide corrosion resistance and maintain dimensional stability over extended service life.
DUST SEALS
Dust seals are molded from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) in accordance with OEM material and dimensional specifications. Designed to exclude abrasive debris, moisture, and contaminants, they help protect bearing surfaces and maintain consistent performance throughout the service interval.
HEAVY-DUTY NEEDLE BEARINGS
Heavy-duty needle bearings are full-complement, drawn-cup designs manufactured from induction-hardened SPCC steel. Internal clearances are specified to accommodate high shock loads and oscillating motion typical of off-road motorcycle chassis applications, ensuring durability and consistent performance under severe service conditions.
