Factory Links was founded in 2014 in Auvergne, France and Leesburg, Virginia, by Pierre Mege, with a simple but critical goal: to build bearing and chassis rebuild kits specifically designed for off-road riding – not adapted from industrial use. 

 

From the beginning, the mission has been clear: deliver components that match the demands of real riding conditions –
mud, water, impact, and constant load.

 

From the Workshop Floor to the Track

Factory Links wasn’t started in a boardroom – it started in the workshop.

Pierre built his experience from the ground up, beginning as a teenager sweeping floors in a motorcycle shop before working his way up to servicing customer bikes.

With a background in electronics and IT, combined with hands-on mechanical experience and time spent racing at a local level, he saw a consistent problem:

The quality of available bearings and chassis components didn’t match the realities of off-road riding.

That gap became the foundation of Factory Links.
